• Subscribers to ESDU Series or Packages who have questions and comments are encouraged to contact the ESDU Engineers responsible for the Data Items, Data and Software included in their subscription.
• This service is an integral part of a subscription and is included in its cost; at no point whatsoever will use of the service incur any additional fees or costs.
• Questions are not restricted to the currently published content but may be on any topic related to the engineering disciplines covered by the ESDU Series.
• Where no confidentiality or copyright restriction prevents us doing so, a copy of any reference or derivation can be forwarded on request. This includes unpublished data.
• Reasonable requests for the coordinate data files for any ESDU figure or graph will be satisfied.
